The China Overseas Foshan HDL Project is located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, at the intersection of Meidi Avenue and Yifeng Road. Its south entrance is seamlessly connected to Line 7 of the Guangzhou-Foshan Metro, and there is a bus terminal within the plot, offering convenient transportation. With the core goal of "symbiosis with nature, co-creation in the local context", the project focuses on the needs of people of all ages. It not only builds practical scenarios to meet daily basic consumption but also creates aesthetic spaces for visiting and experiencing. It aims to present an ideal living gathering place for the local community that carries local cultural memories and continues the urban context of Shunde, and to build a cultural and artistic settlement that integrates Lingnan cultural genes with modern aesthetic temperament.

There is already a pre-built and operational sales office in the plot, as well as completed ground-floor commercial spaces in the northern residential plot. The newly constructed cluster include a 28,000㎡ commercial block, a 9,000㎡ serviced apartment, a 22,000-㎡ underground parking garage, and a 5,000㎡ public transportation hub. In the overall planning of the commercial block, a dual-group layout of "outer ring + inner alley" is adopted to achieve differentiated complementarity between functions and commercial atmosphere. 

Through clever layout design, the inner alley group divides the central area into two activity squares, surrounded by a main circulation route. This circular circulation route not only connects the two squares but also realizes efficient connection between various shops, effectively enhancing consumers' "return visit" and increasing the "re-visit rate". At the same time, the smaller-scale streets and lanes in the inner alley and the wider main street in the outer ring form a "contrast between width and narrowness", making the overall shopping experience more interesting. 

In terms of facade design, the outer ring group mainly features a simple and open architectural form, which can not only form a visual echo with the completed sales office but also attract external foot traffic through a transparent interface, creating a convenient street-front consumption scene. The inner alley group focuses on natural and artistic style, deeply integrating Lingnan traditional architectural elements and cultural memories, and creating a shopping space with both local characteristics and a leisure atmosphere
